GENERAL INFO-Open WW- When sending address confirmation I do it along with your items UNPACKED- I pack the pcs with a sleeve and a toploader in a folded pasteboard- Bigger items are packed inside a A5 plastic sleeve and between cardboard- I always send photo of the PO receipt
